These terms govern wholesale orders placed with Incolors Group LLC. Last updated June 2026.
Orders are accepted from businesses only. We may request a reseller permit, EIN or business documentation before activating an account.
All prices are net case prices in USD and may change without notice. The price confirmed on your order quote is the price that applies to that order.
A minimum of 2 cases per SKU applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Submitting an order through this site is a request, not a binding sale. All orders are subject to stock availability and written confirmation by Incolors Group. No payment is collected at checkout; we invoice after confirming stock, tax and shipping.
Payment terms and accepted methods are stated on your invoice. Orders ship once payment is received unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Lead times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping policy.
Report damaged, defective or short shipments within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved returns of unopened, resaleable goods may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or clearance items are final sale.
Products are sold for resale and intended use only. To the extent permitted by law, Incolors Group's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods.
